Everyone at RODMENA must be able to raise a concern. We aim for this portal to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How the portal is built

• Every page, including the reporting form, works without JavaScript.
• Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, and can be used with a keyboard.
• Text and controls are designed to meet AA contrast in both the dark and light themes.
• Animations respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
• Nothing is loaded from third parties, so the site works on restricted networks.

Known limitations

Verifying your email needs access to your RODMENA mailbox within 10 minutes. If that is a barrier for you, raise your concern by email instead and we will make any adjustment you need.
